Exterior
Extensive groundwork preparation was required prior to starting the project due to the position of the garden room being on a slope.
We built a composite decking area to surround the garden room. This was designed around an existing tree which we highlighted with additional feature lighting.
Interior
The interior was designed as an open plan living/office area with a separate storage room. The main area included a custom-built desk space, shelving, and an audio-visual set-up, operated by SMART technology.
The storage area was custom designed and equipped with shelves and additional cupboards to house the technology. It is accessed via its own front-facing door and an internal door from the main room.
